We work inside your Microsoft 365 environment.
Most organisations already have the tools they need. SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI are included in standard Microsoft 365 plans – but getting them to work together properly requires expertise. We don’t sell software. We make your existing Microsoft 365 investment work harder.
Every engagement is scoped, built, and handed over by our team – directly in your tenant, with your data staying where it belongs. No new infrastructure, no hidden licence costs, no lock-in.
- 10+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience
- 100% remote delivery from Germany
- T&M only – you pay for days worked, nothing more
- EU-based, working with clients across Europe

Our services work better together.
Most engagements combine two or three services. A risk register built on SharePoint needs a Power Apps form, Power Automate alerts, and a Power BI dashboard to be complete. We scope what you need – not everything, just the right combination.
- SharePoint + Power Apps – Smart forms sit on top of SharePoint lists. Conditional logic, dynamic dropdowns, and guided input replace the default form.
- SharePoint + Power Automate – List events trigger automated flows: status changes, new items, or overdue dates kick off notifications and approvals automatically.
- SharePoint + Power BI – SharePoint lists are the data backbone. Power BI connects directly and turns structured list data into live dashboards and reports.
- All four + ERM Consulting – The complete risk register: SharePoint data structure, Power Apps form, Power Automate alerts, Power BI dashboard – all aligned to your ERM framework.
We scope what you need – not everything, just the right combination.
How every engagement works.
The same four-phase approach applies to every service. You know what to expect from day one.
1. Kickoff & Scoping
We review your requirements, existing setup, and open questions. You get a written scope and estimate within 24–48 hours. No commitment required at this stage.
2. Build
Work happens directly in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Weekly written status updates, regular check-ins, no surprises. All decisions confirmed in writing.
3. UAT & Sign-off
We manage the full testing process – test case creation, execution, defect resolution. You test against agreed acceptance criteria. We fix, you sign off.
4. Handover
Full documentation and handover. Includes 3 months of defect remediation at no extra cost. Ongoing maintenance available as a retainer.
A simple, transparent way to work together.
Time & Material
You pay for days actually worked at a fixed day rate of €750/day (net). No fixed-price guesswork. If it takes fewer days than estimated, you pay less. The estimated total is a ceiling, not a commitment.
Remote delivery
All work is delivered from Germany, remotely, via Microsoft Teams and email. Weekly status updates every Friday. On-site visits available on request – travel costs invoiced at cost with prior written approval.
No lock-in
14-day written notice to terminate. You own everything we build – all configurations, flows, and reports stay in your Microsoft 365 tenant. No dependency on LeapLytics to keep things running after handover.
Milestone invoicing
For larger engagements, invoicing follows agreed milestones – typically split on completion of the build phase and final sign-off. Payment due 30 days net.

Frequently asked questions.
Where are you based and do you work internationally?
We’re based in Dietzenbach, Germany, and work with clients across Europe. All services are delivered remotely as standard. On-site visits are available on request for kickoff, UAT, or go-live sessions.
Do we need additional Microsoft licences?
In most cases, no. SharePoint, Power Apps (standard connectors), and Power Automate are included in standard Microsoft 365 plans including Business Standard, E3, and E5. We confirm licence requirements before starting any engagement.
How quickly can you start?
Typically within 1–2 weeks of scope agreement and contract signing, subject to access provisioning on the client side. We can usually turn around an initial estimate within 24–48 hours of your first contact.
What’s the minimum engagement size?
There’s no formal minimum. Most engagements start at 2–3 days. Very small requests are sometimes better handled as part of an ongoing retainer, which we can discuss if relevant.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project?
Yes. Every engagement includes 3 months of defect remediation at no extra cost. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance and support are available as a separate monthly retainer.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes, and we do this frequently. We handle specific workstreams – SharePoint configuration, Power Apps development, Power BI dashboards – while coordinating with in-house IT on access, environments, and handover protocols.
Not sure where to start?
Tell us what you’re trying to solve and we’ll recommend the right combination of services. No commitment, no sales pressure – just a straight answer within 24 hours.
